Account information — name, email address, and investor type when you create an account.
Google Sign-In data — if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google.
Listing data — property addresses, financial details, and contact information you submit when listing a deal.
Usage data — pages visited, deals viewed, saved deals, offers submitted, and showings scheduled.
Device & technical data — IP address, browser type, and referring URLs collected automatically via server logs.

5. Push Notifications

The Flippster mobile app may request permission to send push notifications. We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) to deliver notifications about new listings matching your search criteria, offer updates, and showing reminders. Push notification tokens are stored securely and used only to deliver notifications to your device.

You can disable push notifications at any time in your device's Settings app under Notifications → Flippster.

6. Children's Privacy

Flippster is intended for use by adults aged 18 and older. Our platform is a professional real estate marketplace and is not directed at, or intended for use by, children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. 7. Cookies & Session Data

We use cookies solely to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings, which will sign you out of your account.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Property listings you submitted may remain in an anonymized form.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate information via your profile settings
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Withdraw consent for optional data uses at any time
