How does the Deal Analyzer work?

The Deal Analyzer lets you run investment numbers on any US property — not just listings on Flippster.

What is Max Allowable Offer (MAO)?

MAO is the highest price you can pay for a property and still make your target profit after all costs.

How is ARV calculated?

ARV (After Repair Value) is the estimated market value of a property after full renovation. Flippster calculates this automatically.

What is the Deal Score?

Every property on Flippster gets a letter grade from A to D that shows at a glance how strong the deal is.

Where does the rent estimate come from?

Monthly rent estimates are powered by Rentcast and appear on the Flip & Hold tab.

How does the Flip & Hold (rental) analysis work?

The Flip & Hold tab evaluates a property as a buy-and-hold rental investment.

How do I save a deal?

Saving a deal bookmarks it to your dashboard so you can come back to it later.

Where do I find my saved deals?

Your saved deals live in your personal dashboard.

How do I list a wholesale deal on Flippster?

We're currently onboarding wholesalers through an application process to maintain deal quality.

What information do I need to submit a deal?

Where does Flippster get its property data?

Different data types refresh on different schedules.

Does Flippster pull from the MLS?

On-market flip listings are sourced from MLS data. Wholesale deals are not.

How do I reset my password?

How do I sign in with Google?

Flippster supports Google Sign-In so you can log in without a separate password.

How do I delete my account?

Account self-deletion is not yet available in the dashboard. Contact us to request deletion.
